Stratton Amenities is a full-service concierge solution providing luxury, hotel-style front desk concierge services for upscale apartments and condominium buildings. Our mission is to create the most hospitable experience for our associates, residents and clients.
As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will guide a team of concierge ambassadors to ensure outstanding guest service experiences are being delivered to our residents, guests and prospects. Providing an exceptional living environment to our residents is something we feel passionately about and this is your opportunity to ensure our residents are receiving best-in-class service.
Position Requirements
- Must have a passion to creating the most hospitality environment for our team-members and residents

- Think clearly, quickly, and efficiently to make concise decisions even under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with residents and property management
- Lead by example
- Fill in whenever there is need in case of call offs and emergencies
- Ensure property is properly staffed with concierge staff and coordinate schedules
- Maintain an excellent relationship with all residents, visitors, and prospects by adhering to our standards
- Work with property management office staff to ensure clear communication and collaborative team environment with the Concierge Team
- Train and on-board all new concierge ambassadors
