The Front Office Supervisor (Site Administrator) guides the development, implementation and monitoring of front office operations to ensure every individual is greeted with courtesy and respect, ensures delivery of consistent quality services, the capture of all necessary data, and compliance with all regulatory agencies.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 4 years customer service experience.
• Knowledge and experience working with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Software.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Possess valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, telephone, and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations as it relates to Health Care.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends on emergency basis.
• Demonstrable theoretical knowledge in the field.
• Must obtain and maintain a fingerprint card and pass a background check.

Qualifications Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) policies
