Job description

Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor needed immediately in the AMR/Fort Shafter area. Ideal candidates should have high rise condominium experience and have at least 10+ years as a maintenance tech or supervisor. Must have strong leadership qualities and be able to work with a diverse group of people, as a team. Must have a strong working knowledge of all building-related maintenance trades and disciplines to include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, swimming pool, and grounds. Duties include, but not limited to supervising a small team of maintenance assistants, custodians, and landscapers; troubleshooting and repairs; investigating maintenance issues; investigating water leaks and mitigating damages; report writing, purchasing supplies and equipment, while staying within approved budgets; overseeing contractors and vendors on the premises; preparing accurate inventories of tools and equipment; and using common sense throughout the day.

Work hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with on-call responsibilities after-hours. Starting pay is $52,000 per year, or could be adjusted based on overall experience and skillset. Medical and dental benefits are offered, as well as other similar benefits such as vacation and sick leave.

Complete background check will be required, as well as Drug Testing/Screening. Current driver’s license is required, as well as a Driver’s Abstract.
