Summary:
The purpose of the General Manager to insure the success of each individual hotel in their designated
region as well as to give support and guidance in line with Ignites polices and processes. Success will be
measured by customer satisfaction, overall corporate guidelines being followed, and financial budgets
being met. .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Hiring, Couching, Concealing and termination of all Department heads and designated staff

members.

• Conducting all General Manager role in current designated hotel as full oversite.
• Provide comprehensive oversight of the hotel division, provide excellent service and products to

our guests. Provide a work environment for our associates that is fun, challenging, safe, and
enables our associates to provide memorable guest experiences.

• Support each hotels operation with training and guidelines for team members to follow
• Providing each hotel operation team with tools to be successful in proving great customer service
• Developing and carrying out action plans to improve hotel operations as measured by guest

satisfaction, quality evaluations and various internal audits and assessments.

• Work closely with corporate executives in growing the business both conceptually and

operationally.

• Responsible for supporting and implementing company- wide initiatives
• Creating a positive, thriving culture that results in strong associate satisfaction and engagement,

low turnover and high productivity.

• Ensure successful P&L performance, cost controls, and other spending guidelines.
• Ensure standard operating procedures and code of conduct is fully followed.
• Other duties as assigned or as needed to create signature moments for our guests.

Position Requisites:

• Knowledge of all facets of the hotel operations and sales.
• 5+ years of hotel experience.
• 5+ years in Hotel Management.
• Communicative, approachable, motivating, positive personality
• Proven leadership ability to manage multiple properties.
• Excellent organization, sales, marketing, financial presentation and operational skills
• Knowledge of Human Resource guidelines and laws.
