Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager for our growing and expanding family of franchises with the following superpower traits!

As a Temporary Wall Systems General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, improving overall functionality, increasing operational efficiency, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, setting measurable business objectives, and maximizing organizational performance.

This position is available now with an anticipated grand opening in September. This branch is a franchise location and is owned by a successful entrepreneur. Required training in North Carolina will be all expenses paid.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess candidates, hire, and mentor a successful team
  • Manage daily business operations - inclusive of project oversight
  • Develop and implement annual and long-term growth strategies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to foster growth
  • Create and administer internal systems and processes
  • Manage productivity and performance
  • Maintain and report relevant KPIs to stakeholders
  • Communicate regularly with the franchise on best practices
  • Manage business reporting functions to franchise
  • Optimize shareholder value
  • Manage inventory and facilities

Job Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years experience in leading and managing a team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Strong familiarity with the commercial construction industry
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach to challenges - results oriented
  • Proactive by nature

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in business related field
  • Project management experience in commercial construction and renovation
  • Experience in B2B environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
