-Meet or exceed fitness department budgeted gross/EFT revenues and maintain positive net income on a monthly basis.

-Create a plan to manage existing PT accounts and aggressively expand our customer base through new business acquisition.

-Maintain a safe, productive, and inviting exercise environment for teammates, members, and guests.

-Continuously monitor the fitness and PT business's financial results and develop meaningful action plans to improve the performance of the business.

-Lead and educate your team. Drive production. Reinforce the contributions in which fitness & PT delivers to provide greater member engagement and retention.

General Manager Duties:

-Recruit, hire, train, develop, and manage the fitness director, personal training director, membership/marketing director, sales staff, and personal trainers to ensure that clubs are adequately staffed at all times and succession plans are appropriately maintained for company needs.

Qualifications:

-Must have prior fitness industry experience (3+ years).

-Must have prior sales experience (3+ years).

-Must have prior management experience (2+ years).

-Must be a natural prospector and recruiter.

-Must have the ability to manage and drive two revenue streams effectively.

-Must be highly organized and proficient in data entry and lead management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
