Division Information

PACCAR’s Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector.

The Role

PACCAR's IT Division is focused on delivery world-class IT solutions. The Graphics Specialist will work with senior PACCAR Information Technology Division (ITD) managers to create high-quality graphics that are used in presentations, applications and collateral material. These graphics will promote ITD's mission and vision and help sell key ideas and initiatives. This position is in Renton, WA in an office setting and has a hybrid work model.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multimedia strategies for internal communication and training initiatives.

• Create and edit high-quality photos, videos, and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud and other multimedia software tools.

• Provide support to internal customers with multimedia needs, such as video production, photo shoots, and graphic design.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and execute multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and corporate messaging.

• Manage multimedia projects from start to finish, including planning, storyboarding, script development, filming, editing, and final production.

• Maintain and update multimedia libraries and archives.

• Create eLearning content using Adobe Captivate.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia production and design.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production and design.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Experience in video production, photography, and graphic design.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, communications, graphic design, or related field.
