Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Landscaping for a company in the Jacksonville, Tyler, and the Flint area! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

• This is an evaluation hire position where you will work on a probationary period of 90 days
• Because we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
• You are paid weekly

In this role you will:

• Maintain gardens and lawns, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, mulching, weeding, and tree removal
• Remove snow, ice, leaves, and debris as needed
• Operate lawncare equipment/machinery such as mowers, zero-turns, and/or weed-eaters
• Prepare seed beds, transfer plants to containers, and move container plants around the work site
• Report grounds conditions and general issues that don’t comply with company standards

We like to hear from candidates with:

• Ability to work individually and in a team setting
• Ability to stand/walk for most your shift
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to operate lawncare equipment, methods, and materials used in grounds maintenance
• Bilingual is a plus
