We are seeking a Harvest Packaging Associate to join our Cultivation team in Gresham.

Someone with a passion for cannabis, a desire to learn, and a sense of professionalism with reliable transportation and punctual in their attendance.

Position details:

This person will be responsible for assisting with all, day-to-day harvesting, packaging, and occasionally the potential for some Flower Department grower duties.

These duties include but are not limited to:

· cutting down plants

· hanging plants to dry

· weighing

· labeling for OLCC Compliancy & Metrc

· packaging cannabis flowers

· filling pre-rolls – Knockbox machine

· packaging and weighing extracts/concentrates

· counting products

· accurately keeping track of inventory

· performing repetitive labor in flower grow rooms under hot lights

Trimming cannabis flowers

Experience:

· hand bucking, trimming, or harvesting both wet and dry material.

· knockbox and prerolls

· Experience/Knowledge of concentrates, their consistencies and compliant packaging techniques

· Able to perform repetitive harvesting tasks such as bending over, lifting things above your head, cutting plants, carrying whole plants, weighing, and hanging branches.

Requirements:

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· Must have valid OLCC MJ Handler’s Permit

· Must pass a comprehensive background check

· Prior packaging/assembly line work is a plus

Job Type: Full-time, 40+ hours, Shift times: 7:45am – 4:30pm; 8:15am – 5pm

Breaks: 2 – on-the-clock 10min breaks (10am & 3pm); 1 – of-the-clock 45min Lunch (noon)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour; Opportunities for review available upon merit and initiative

Dress Code:

All employees change into new clean uniforms upon arrival at the facility every morning for biosecurity reasons. (i.e pest, mold, pollen, etc.)

There is an employee entrance with a dressing room that’s used by the whole team every day to get a clean uniform and change out. If you get cold easily, you may wear an undershirt and shorts or leggings underneath your uniform, but all under articles of clothing must be covered by the uniform and all top layer clothing worn into the facility must go into the lockers provided.

We also provide every employee with a pair of waterproof shoes to work in.

For breaks, our employees change out if leaving the facility. There are cubbies to store uniforms while you are on break. After break is over you will change back into the same uniform or a new one if it is dirty.

At the end of the day, you will throw your dirty uniform in the laundry hamper.
