POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

HEAD MEN'S BASKETBALL COACH
WABASH VALLEY COLLEGE | OLNEY, IL

DESCRIPTION: The Men's Basketball Coach is a full-time professional/non-faculty position responsible for supervising all aspects of the men's basketball program. Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling team competition and travel, conducting practices, supervising staff, equipment maintenance, fundraising, teaching, maintaining good public relations with the community, and ensuring compliance with NJCAA regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with college coaching experience. The position requires excellent public relations, fundraising, organization, and interpersonal skills.

WAGES: $44,807- 51,528 per fiscal year, based upon education and experience. Benefits include, but are not limited to: medical, dental, and life insurance; paid sick leave, vacation, and personal days; and participation in State Universities Retirement
System.
