Job Description

rEvolution is hiring a Director, Project & Workflow Management. In this role you will manage the workflow between the account management team and the various integrated services teams within rEvolution. Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, you will be a trusted partner and connector, working closely with internal stakeholders to gain buy-in and ensure on-time delivery of ongoing client projects, campaigns, and deliverables.

As the founding member of the rEvolution project management team, you will build the foundational processes and structures by which project management within rEvolution will operate and be responsible for scaling this function and team as needed to best serve rEvolution as the agency continues its rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the project and workflow lead across multiple client accounts, ultimately responsible for the on-time completion of high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure ongoing projects remain on time and on budget while working to hold internal stakeholders accountable and on the path to success.
• Own project definition, scope monitoring, budgeting & timing at the account level
• Work with finance to ensure red flags around utilization are resolved
• Interface heavily with the account management team and function leads to assure that the process/workflow of any ongoing campaign is understood and on track.
• Prioritize new work coming in; identify and suggest where adjustments can be made to optimize team efficiency.
• Participate in kickoff meetings to understand needs, strategize solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years applicable experience as a Project Manager, ideally in an agency or consulting firm
• Fully integrated (marketing, creative, experiential, digital, etc.) delivery experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree Marketing, MIS, or Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to work on-site in our Fulton Market office 3 days per week.

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office but has a global reach.
