About Your Day-to-Day:

• With access to major job boards, call lists, networking opportunities, and the support of our dedicated marketing team, you'll have everything you need to source top talent and build lasting relationships
• You'll spend your day connecting with potential candidates through phone interviews, building rapport and relationships with them, and assessing their qualifications and fit for the positions we're looking to fill
• Participate in regular team meetings, where you'll have the chance to share your insights and ideas, update management on your progress, discuss business needs and priorities, and collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative recruitment strategies
• Support and execute the goals of the company effectively and uphold company values

What You Will Need:

• A minimum of two years of experience in healthcare staffing agency recruiting is required, while additional experience in nurse, allied, or travel healthcare staffing is a big plus
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• You must be willing to work atypical hours as needed to ensure we meet our recruitment targets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role
• Proficiency in computer skills, including working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems, is essential.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
