Heavy Haul Driver Pay and Benefits Package
Regional/ OTR
Ø Orientation and training pay @$200.00 per day. Up to 10 days depending on experience
Ø Must be a qualified for OD, OW transport
Ø Regional/OTR Flat/step deck/RGN and up
Ø Flatbed/Step deck – 29% of linehaul and $25 tarping pay
Ø RGN and up – 31% of linehaul and $75 tarping pay (all qualified RGN drivers will stay at this percentage regardless of trailer hauled)
Ø 6 paid holidays after 90 days: $200 per day
o New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Ø 5 paid PTO days after one (1) year
o $200 per day
Ø 10 paid PTO days after two (2) years
o $200 per day
Ø Longevity Bonus: on each anniversary of continued service with Hribar Transport you will receive the following:
o 1 year = $200
o 2 year = $400
o 3 years = $600
o 5 + years = $1,000
o 10 + years = $2,000
Ø Safety and performance bonus ($125/month) eligible starting 1st of month following your training period. Bonuses are paid out by March 15st following the end of each year. Safety includes but not limited to CSA scores, PPE Use, Accidents (no matter how small), logs, and traffic & equipment violations. Performance includes but not limited to: Adherence to company and customer policies, Customer service, time management, out of route miles, fueling in network, cleanliness and care of equipment.
Ø Retirement (401k), company matches up to 4%. (First of the month following 90 days)
Ø Company sponsored Group health, dental and vision insurance available (first of the month following 30 days)
