We are looking for a new Indirect Procurement Analyst to join the HEYDUDE team in Las Vegas! This role provides purchasing and supply management support for our Las Vegas Distribution Center (LVDC). The successful candidate will use their previous DC / Manufacturing experience and knowledge of purchasing to support our overall procurement strategy of reducing costs and streamlining vendor process.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Purchasing
• Complete RFPs based on business need
• Executes Purchase Order requests for required inventory Items
• Works with Operations, Maintenance, and other internal customer groups to verify services and goods are as expected to complete the Good Receipts
• Vendor Relationships
• Maintain good vendor relationships by conducting regular account reviews to ensure SLA's are met
• Works with AP to ensure payment flow is timely and efficient
• Completes vendor set up process to ensure a streamlined payment process for new and existing vendors
• Inventory Supply Management
• Tracks inventory levels to ensure key items are always in stock (corrugate, tape, printer labels, pallets)
• Monitors mid/max levels to ensure operations has supplies
• Track and report out to operations on associate supply allocations, establish regular process for usage audits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 2 or 4 year degree (preferred) or relevant equivalent experience
• Basic procurement experience (required)
• Strong level of familiarity of distribution or manufacturing environment (required)
• ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
• Experience with vendor negotiations and competitive bidding process (preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, including purchase order experience and vendor setup
• Strong technical consulting/customer service background, as well as excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Proven ability to handle operational issues effectively, understanding escalation, and communication
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors
• Effectively manage time and operate with sense of urgency
• Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions
• Copes effectively with complexity and change
• Valid driver's license required
