Join our team at Nature's Creations as an Experienced Foreman!
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to lead our team in providing top-notch landscaping and hardscaping services to our clients. As a Foreman, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other experienced professionals, supervise crew members, and contribute to the beautification of our local community.
Job responsibilities include:
- MUST be willing to be hands on, get your hands dirty, and be a hard working example to your fellow crew members.
- Leading the crew in the installation of hardscaping features, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Planning and executing landscaping projects, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Managing and maintaining irrigation systems
- Laying sod, grading, and performing removal services
- Using and maintaining landscaping equipment, such as blowers, trimmers, and hedgers
- Ensuring client satisfaction by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any issues that may arise
- Experience operating a DINGO is a plus, but not required
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in landscaping or hardscaping, as well as experience leading a team. The ability to work in various weather conditions and a commitment to safety is also essential. Base salary for this position will range from $60,000 to $70,000, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement within the company and a supportive team environment.
