This position is responsible for providing a welcoming space for our residents and their visitors. The qualified candidate for this role will be a motivated, self-starting individual with attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
• Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other necessary supplies.
• Assistance with laundry including sorting, washing, folding and delivery.
• Maintaining linen and cleaning supply inventory. Notifying community
• Present a professional demeanor that communicates to current and prospective residents goodwill and genuine interest in the resident's unique needs.
• Handle all resident concerns and complaints with finesse and caring, polite, and professional manner. Comply with all government laws, regulations, and all company policies regarding sanitization of Hampton Manor.
• Follow safety guidelines for the use of chemicals; must be familiar with emergency procedures if chemicals have been misused.
• Thoroughly cleaning of vacant apartments and readying them for occupancy. (Vacant rooms are cleaned weekly.)
• Resident Apartments cleaned on a weekly rotating schedule.
• Assigned duties may change from time to time according to resident needs, staffing levels, and working circumstances.
• Perform other duties that may be set by the corporation or specified by the community Director.

* Other Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year Senior Living Community cleaning experience.
• Reliable Transportation
• A positive friendly attitude and ability to arrive on time for every shift.
• Job Types: Part-time (potential for Full-time)
• Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
• Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday. Required to work every other weekend.
