Human Resources Assistant
Job description
Summary
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, processing terminations, preparing monthly reports, maintaining personnel files and tracking performance reviews. Other duties include assisting HR staff with audits, payroll and recruitment, as well as communicating with candidates, employees and supervisors, in regards to payroll/benefits and HR policy .
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Previous office experience required.
- H.R. experience is preferred.
