Our Human Resources Department is looking for an ambitious, self-starting individual interested in learning and assisting with Human Resources Administrative responsibilities.

Reports To: Director of Human Resources
Compensation Range: $17 - $19 hourly DOE
Schedule: Full Time; Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm (onsite)
Overview:
The Human Resources Associate will support a variety of human resources functions. The HR Associate will also perform administrative tasks and services to support the efficiency of the Human Resources Department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists with maintaining the accuracy and keeping up-to date human resource files, records, and documentation and maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR records and files.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc. Refers more complex questions to senior-level HR staff.
- Updates corresponding HR spreadsheets and staffing needs lists.
- Drafts electronic offer letters and sends electronic pre-hire onboarding information once employment is accepted.
- Assists in processing terminations in HRIS system and ensures accuracy of HRIS system on a semi- monthly basis.
- Sends weekly recruitment report to include interviews for the week, offers extended, and accepted.
- Ensures new hires are set up in HR systems timely.
- Performs I9/E-Verify for all new hires.
- Provides overall administrative support to the Director of Human Resources.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent is a plus but not required, one to two years relevant experience, or combination of education and experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
- Candidates will be evaluated based on level of relevant experience.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- General office and/or Personnel related experience is required.
- 1-2 Years of Human Resources experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office skills required.
- Ability to excel in a faced paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Energetic, motivated, and effective with a positive attitude that is conscientious, enthusiastic, articulate, and possesses a professional attitude.
- Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed under minimal supervision.
