Lead Installer

HVAC Lead Installation Specialist.

As a lead installer you are the leader of your install team. Once instruction has been given to you by our Install manager, you are responsible for instructing your team members and executing a professional install job. You will work hands on with your crew while installing a wide range of HVAC equipment. It is your job to make sure the installation is done properly, safely, and to the high standards of Hardin’s Heating and Cooling all while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Must have a current Oklahoma Journeyman license
• Must have a current driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass Pre and Post employment drug screenings.
• Must be presentable and take pride in appearance (Uniforms Provided, shorts allowed in summer).
• Must do on-call rotation.
• MUST have 4 years + experience in light commercial and residential services.

Job Description:

• Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.
• Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in the customer's home.
• Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner.
• Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follows standard procedures and processes to ensure that the job progression stays on time and able to instruct laborer/helpers.

Pay/Benefits

• Annual salary 50,000 + paid weekly and bonuses (Experience dependent).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
