HotFoot recruiters have partnered with a premier steel manufacturer in need of Industrial Maintenance Technicians in the Casa Grande area.

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Is responsible for maintaining all plant equipment to ensure it safely meets operational needs. Complies with all safety, quality, customer focus, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping standards.

• Read and apply micrometer, caliper, gages, and tape measure
• Perform required PMs and lubrication on all equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment failure to get to the root cause of the issue
• Ability to understand parts room layout to obtain parts needed
• Familiarity with PLCs, motor controls, sensors, limit switches, electro/mechanical systems, 24vdc testing (multi-meter), process controls, and 480 vac
• Ability to weld (applicable to assigned maintenance personnel) design and fabricate guards, handrails, support structures, etc.
• Understand and demonstrate proper use of power, hand, and measuring tools

Compensation: 32/hr. – 40/hr. DOE, along with a generous benefits package

Requirements

• Must have Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC experience
• Ability to 11ft up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and on occasion lift or move 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
• High School Diploma or GED
