Assistant Installer

Here at NEW BATH TODAY, we are the bathroom and tub experts and we are looking for a professionally minded individual capable of joining an installation team. If you are a capable person with some construction experience, great work ethic, and desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!

We install our product using a two-person crew, a lead installer and an assistant. We are currently searching for the right assistant candidate to join our experienced lead installer to complete the team.

Job Details

· Installing walk-in tubs and walk-in showers in the great state of Arkansas

· Assisting the team lead with various tasks both on and off the job-site

· This position is Monday through Friday, with no late nights and no weekends

· Enjoy 14 days paid time off, along with several paid holidays off

· We are a rapidly growing company where future growth opportunities are available

· Follow all established safety rules and regulations following company procedures, policies and ethics

· Clean and haul away debris from all job sites. Maintain clean environment of job site, including vehicles and trailers; project tear off as needed.

Qualifications

• Communication skills
• Some basic construction experience is a plus (i.e., Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Customer service skills
• Comfortable with staying overnight in hotel at companies cost when called for. Average nights requiring overnight stay are on average two nights per week
• US work authorization
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Capable of lifting heavy materials into place, as needed
• Ability to work in various types of weather, as needed
• Ability to work in a confined space, as needed
• Valid Driver’s License
• Neat and professional appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
