Akai Hana Sushi & Grill Goodyear is an authentic Japanese restaurant serving fresh sushi and traditional/new Japanese cuisine.

We are currently looking for a kitchen assistant to further expand the business. Previous cooking experience at a Japanese restaurant is preferred but is not a requirement. Entry level candidates with motivation to elevate him/herself are welcome.

Desired skills:

• 2+ years experience at Japanese restaurant kitchen
• Familiar with Japanese cuisine and comfortable handling fresh fish

• 35-40hrs/week

Pay

• Starting $15/hour; will negotiate depending on your talent
