Job description

Craftsmen Contractors is hiring Warehouse General Laborers to assist at a large warehouse facility in New Orleans. The job consists of picking up rice bags weighing between 88 - 100 pounds from a conveyor belt and transferring or placing them on a pallet and then paper banding for distribution. These positions can be long term depending on work performance and job attendance.

Pay is $15/hour.

Job Requirements:

• Having a TWIC Card greatly helps but it is not required.
• Will need to pass a criminal background check for this position.
• Be able to lift at least 88 to 100 pounds and have good physical stamina - will be standing for lengthy periods of time.

The work schedule consists of working day shifts Monday thru Friday.
