Overview of Position: Real Estate/Home Services is a division of Windham Mountain offering services such as housekeeping, landscaping, property management, etc. to local homeowners and businesses, as well as providing road, water, and sewer line maintenance to WHO and Village East. Home Services Landscaping Laborers are responsible for completing homeowner and other client landscaping needs as assigned including grounds maintenance, cutting grass, and general maintenance.
Job Qualifications:
- Bring a positive attitude to work that no project or assignment is too small or unimportant.
- Must be comfortable interacting with co-workers and possibly homeowners in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Able to complete directions thoroughly and accurately.
- Must be flexible, willing to learn and adapt to changes.
- Have a clean, neat and organized personal presentation.
- Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for an entire work shift. This is a physically demanding job that requires the ability to regularly lift, stoop and push/pull objects and vibrating machinery.
Job Duties: The list below best represents many tasks you will be asked to perform at some time during your employment here at Windham Mountain Home Services but majority of time will be spent weed trimming. We cannot predict all the challenges that we may face in providing the product our guests expect.
Complete tasks as assigned including, but not limited to:- cutting grass and edging (using weed trimmer)
- raking,
- sweeping,
- cutting wood,
- grooming gardens,
- cleaning up leaves,
- General labor
