Diamond Willow is hiring immediately for a Full Time Lead Resident Assistant with ability to share on-call duties in our Cloquet, MN location. This position will be paid a higher starting wage as this person will need to be expected to work all shifts when needed.
Responsibilities:
Oversee staff duties such as cleaning, meal preparation, and client cares
Various household tasks
Assist with supervisory tasks, payroll, shopping, ordering, payables and scheduling
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being
Accurately documenting information
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Promote team work
Qualifications:
Compassion and care for those in the geriatric community
Great communication skills
Strong work ethic
Must thrive in a team work setting
Previous experience of at least 1 year in similar setting
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to occasionally fill in when needed, which may be a night shift, afternoon shift or a weekend. On-Call
Great communication skills
Professionalism
High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range: Based on experience, Licensure and Shift Differentials.
