Now hiring. We are seeking an effective Leasing Agent/Customer Service to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities for rental properties on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Market rental residential or commercial real estate
• Process all applications
• Prepare lease agreement
• Provide administrative customer care for existing tenants and homeowners
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, emailing, mailing, etc.
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or customer service in office setting
• Ability to handle customer service and multi office tasks at busy environment
• Computer literate
• Upbeat and positive attitude to enthusiastically help our customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual with Spanish preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
