Our company is seeking potential candidates who are driven by the success of leasing and marketing for immediate leasing agent positions. Experience is a plus, but not required. We offer on-the-job training by experience and established property managers.

Job Responsibilities & Task:

• Marketing and advertise available rental homes on social media.
• Making a team effort with other leasing agents and property managers to implement marketing and leasing ideas.
• Follow-up calls and messaging, via social media, to meet with potential renters to guide them on tours of available homes.
• Build a quick, positive rapport with potential tenants.
• Preparing leasing documents, for potential renters, using property standards and regulations such as background and credit checks along with income and landlord verifications.
• Keeping current data organized on spreadsheets to effectively communicate with other agents, property managers and maintenance staff.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality while remaining teachable.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment which requires organization and effective time management along with quick problem solving and decision making skills.
• Well spoken and able to display excellent customer service matched with positive, interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with an understanding of Google Drive and communicating through company emails.
• Must have the demeanor of working in the daily operations of a professional office environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $8.00 per hour
