Pomeroy Living Sterling Assisted is looking for a Leasing Assistant! We are looking for someone whos is compassionate, patient, and dedicatied. Someone who truly has a passion for helping seniors and their famalies.

Position Summary

The Leasing Assistant will work under the direction of the Leasing Director and help manage short and long-term leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the sales process. Assists the Director of Leasing in the development of the community's marketing strategies, public relations, advertising and outreach programs to develop a growing base of referral sources, for achieving monthly budgeted occupancy goals. This position will also maintain the facilities Leads database and assist in the resident move in process.

Essential Duties

• Manage the admissions process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain network of referral sources.
• Implement and monitor new marketing campaigns.
• Maintains the facilities lead database.
• Assists with resident move-in process.
• Conducts research and analyzes results.
• Manages inventory of marketing materials and adheres to set budgets.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of the English language, including good spelling and grammar skills.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• The ability to work a flexible schedule is required
