One of our prestigious clients in Wilmington, DE who specializes in housing is looking to acquire a fast-paced, motivated and experienced Leasing Assistant for their team! This role is looking for someone who has previous admin and customer service experience who wants to take their skills to the next level.

This position is a part-time Temp to Hire.

Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday and Fridays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with 1 hour lunch)

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Marketing
• Submitting and processing any lease renewal agreements.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on their property management system.
• Comfortable showcasing apartments and setting up appointments.
• Overflow duties from Administration Assistant.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Applications (specifically outlook)
• Customer Service
• Experience in property management is a plus!
• Great attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screen
