Title: Insurance Sales/Service Representative (Base + Commission)

Our Successful Agency is looking for an Insurance Account Manager to maintain relationships with current clients, as well as identify and secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively using a range of different methods.

• Proven experience in client service, working with senior-level clients, and developing business proposals.
• Active MD P&C Insurance License

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Interact with all levels of the organization during client visits, including executives and other specialists such as engineers; be able to address specific concerns of each group.
• Be able to provide strategic advice for clients.
• Communicate issues with management and provide feedback about customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
