Are you a compassionate and skilled LPN looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in a child's life? Hi-Pointe Care Solutions is seeking an LPN to join our team in Ashburn, VA. The LPN will care for a 5-month-old boy with a G-tube.

As an LPN with Hi-Pointe Care Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to pediatric patients. You will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, monitoring the patient's vital signs, and ensuring the patient's comfort and safety at all times.

Shifts available:

• Monday: 9 am - 4 pm
• Tuesday: 9 am - 4 pm
• Friday: 9 am - 4 pm

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
• Private-duty nursing experience
• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Pass a criminal background check
• Experience with Trachs and NG Tubes
• Current CPR, PPD (TB Test) required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor the patient's vital signs and report any changes to the physician or RN
• Document patient care activities and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure the patient's comfort and safety at all times
• Provide emotional support to the patient and their family
