Zajac & Padilla, LLC is a busy personal injury firm located in the middle of Suburban Square looking for a litigation paralegal to work in a full time, hybrid capacity. The work is a mix of complex, catastrophic injury litigation and more traditional auto/premises matters. The paralegal would be responsible for managing the case list, court filings, medical record retrieval, preparing demands, responding to discovery, and communicating with clients. Bilingual candidates would be ideal, but all applications will be considered.
