Summary


Responsible for Loan application administration including researching, analyzing, and implementing new products or enhancements, system upgrades, specification changes, regulatory or legal requirements, and/or procedure/policy changes. Application owner of LAS, LaserPro, Lease Complete and other related applications owned by LDSD, with responsibilities including proposing and executing enhancements, maintaining complex reporting, managing user access, and reviewing, testing and documenting system upgrades. This position can sit 100% remote in California.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Manages all aspects of loan system user acceptance testing; maintains system specifications.
  • Coordinates all acquisition-related conversion tasks affecting the loan system and performs product and data mapping for all acquisition-related conversions.
  • Maintains the loan core, and performs mass maintenance as needed, for newly established, moved, consolidated and closed centers.
  • Gathers, extracts, compiles, analyzes, interprets and reports data. Develop and implement processes for linking and analyzing data from a variety of sources; identify and interpret patterns and trends; assess data quality and eliminates irrelevant data.
  • Creates comprehensive test plans, scripts, and performs positive and negative user acceptance testing for the loan system and any other assigned systems.
  • Performs analysis of all loan system enhancements to determine operational impact. Identifies impact of other applications and/or interface changes to the loan system.
  • Identifies and documents loan system gaps in process, functionality or compliance and leads effort to implement solutions.
  • Conducts extensive research and analysis of existing systems, processes and procedures to identify technical, procedural and efficiency improvements.
  • Formulates proposals and/or participates in the review, evaluation and recommendation of new operational systems and/or major enhancements.
  • Develops and produces complex statistical reports based on trends, volume or requirements from management or internal business partners.
  • Provides user training to users of assigned systems on an as-needed basis.
  • Partners with Credit Management Division and Risk Management Division to ensure LAS meets the ongoing regulatory and compliance needs of the organization.
  • Member of and contributor to the Software Implementation Management Committee (SIMC) and active participant in Operations Division’s Weekly Open Forum meetings.
  • Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has supervisory responsibilities. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty completely and accurately. Appropriate knowledge of Bank policies and procedures; related state and federal laws and regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; a minimum of ten years management experience in banking/financial services, business analysis, operational processing, project management and system/user testing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and interpret and draw bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Excellent knowledge of FiServ Premier and Business Analytics specifications and administration or comparable applications. Thorough understanding of mainframe and server-based system applications. Ability to use standard Office applications.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Driver's license required.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously.

  • Must have demonstrated ability to lead a testing team. Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed or as required

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in a high demanding and multi-tasking environment.
