Role: Logistics Analyst

What We are Looking For:

We are looking for a smart, driven individual who is comfortable working with a small team in a fast-paced environment. You have time management skills that allow you to thoroughly complete tasks in a timely manner and will need to adapt to the demands of the workday and multi-task. You pride yourself on your commitment to serving the customer first. Lastly, you have excellent organizational skills and attention-to-detail.

What You Will Do:

As an early member of our team, you will perform audit analysis of freight invoices and additional documents, including but not limited to, BOLs, Weight Inspection Certificates, NMFC Certificates, Letters of Authority, and Delivery Receipts. You will serve as a direct contact for clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders for freight audit, freight statement of account reconciliation, freight performance reviews, and freight invoice payments. You will own these processes and be a subject-matter expert, with the expectation of continuous improvement of service levels and new product feature rollouts. Additional responsibilities will include but not limited to creating, maintaining, and improving internal standard operating procedure documents, advancing our proprietary technology, and performing ad hoc logistics and cost-savings analysis.

What You Have:

• Strong analytical background
• Customer service experience
• Intermediate Excel (LOOKUP functions, PivotTable, etc.) required
• Experience using Outlook mail
• 1+ years of managing a team is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in freight/logistics is preferred
• BS/BA degree is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
