Moorecroft has an urgent need for a Senior Software Engineer with Machine Learning experience. This is a long-term consulting opportunity with a global leader in technology.

Where: Onsite (Santa Monica, CA)

Length: 6+ months

We do not work with 3rd party employers.

Visa Sponsorship are NOT available.

Main qualifications:

· Expertise in machine learning algorithm implementation & feature engineering
Experience with high-performance service or stream computing.

· 5+ years’ experience building data-driven machine learning application systems based on business scenarios.

· Lead designs of well-architected solutions and build iteratively while maintaining agile best practices.
Use best engineering practices to write well-constructed and easy to maintain code, defensive and robust tests and always delivery high quality code.
Utilize technologies like Sagemaker, Jupyter, Elasticsearch, Tensorflow, ML Libraries (scikit-learn, nltk, wordnet etc), AWS native resources (AWS Glue, Athena, Redshift etc), Springboot and Kafka

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
