Commonwealth Senior Living is currently seeking a detail oriented, self-disciplined Maintenance Director to plan, direct, and control the overall maintenance of the community’s physical plant. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems to address maintenance issues as well as ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal life-safety code regulations. He or she will also collaborate with other department heads to provide exceptional customer service to our residents. He or She is a Culture Ambassador! • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience within a supervisory role with the ability to select, hire, and manage personnel to meet the needs of the community.
• Experience with various trades skills and abilities to include HVAC plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Prior maintenance experience for a large residential community, hotel, hospitality, or similar industry.
• Experience working in a Senior Living environment is a plus!
• Desire to give impeccable customer service with a friendly attitude and demeanor when dealing with staff, residents and their families.
• Acceptable driving record.
