We need a Maintenance Technician with solid work experience.
General maintenance skills are needed but carpentry skills would be a huge benefit for this position.
Help us update our apartments and community while giving superior customer service to our residents and eachother.
You will be surrounded by positive staff offering to assist or learn from each other.

- Work schedule may vary slightly, but mostly 8:00am - 4:30pm. Monday through Fridays. If qualified you may be placed On-Call with a rotating schedule.
We would like you to be aware of Fair Housing standards. Must have reliable transportation. This is a drug free, smoke and vape free community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour
