We are currently seeking a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician wanted for a large apartment community, Bennington Hills. This position is available immediately.

Must have two (2) years experience as a Technician in the multifamily industry.

EPA certification preferred.

Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing.

Must be a team player.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
