We are a growing property management company seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property maintenance and a strong work ethic. The role will be focused on maintaining our properties, ensuring that they are safe and comfortable for our tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets, patching walls, and replacing light fixtures
• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Assist with property turnovers, ensuring that units are thoroughly cleaned and repaired between tenants
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize future repairs and maintenance costs
• Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and other team members to ensure that all maintenance needs are addressed quickly and efficiently
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
