Management Company seeking strong, motivated person for part-time maintenance caretaker of one moderately sized apartment complex located in Radcliff, Kentucky.
Maintenance Caretaker must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, and any other "handyman" repairs, and must be available for emergency's. Able to work independently and detail oriented is a requirement. Must pass background check.
