REQUIREMENTS:
Dedicated self-starter
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Experience in property inspections
Computer skills preferred
Valid driver’s license and transportation
Experience in landscaping, painting, and general maintenance as well as “on call” requirement.
