We have an immediate hiring need for an experienced multi-family Maintenance Technician. WE PAY EXCELLENT HOURLY RATES!!!!

What You Will Do:

• Inspect and maintain grounds, buildings, and amenities
• Ensure all maintenance work orders are completed correctly and in a timely manner by completing painting, electrical, plumbing and general repairs as needed
• Ensure all units are move-in ready
• Perform on-call emergency repairs as needed
• Communicate effectively with tenants and management

What You Bring to Us:

• Must have 4-6 years of experience in multi-family maintenance
• Mid-rise experience is preferred
• Wrap-deck experience is preferred
• HVAC and CPO certification required
• Availability to work a rotating after hours on-call schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

• Pooler, GA 31322: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
• multi-family maintenance: 3 years (Required)
