About the Role
The Management Coordinator role has a wide breadth of responsibilities, spanning across multiple areas to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day process management. In this role, you will be the execution quarterback for this team, for one of BW's Senior Investors, getting exposure to many different areas of work while getting things done. This role requires someone who is passionate about managing processes in a reliable manner while also ensuring services provided are achieving the goal the Senior Investor's world is running smoothly at every level. Successful candidates will thrive in fast-paced, results oriented, environment where one needs to juggle multiple responsibilities and are excellent facilitators, communicators, and proactive partners.
You will drive the following responsibilities:
- Work with the BW Senior Investor Chief of Staff to ensure long term goals translate to the day-to-day and are executed effectively
- Manage a challenging and fast-moving calendar, partnering with support team across the department and company
- Perform administrative duties related to technology, transportation, expenses, media, community/events
- Track and coordinate to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner
- Run and improve smaller scale operational processes within the team

Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to operate excellently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience running and improving operational processes
- Ability to work flexible hours (e.g. some evenings, some weekends) as required to match the needs of the team / senior executive you support
Physical Requirements
For most of our roles, Bridgewater offers remote work flexibility, with most employees required to work on campus as their principal work location, a minimum of two days (and in some cases three days) per week with the option to work offsite on other days.

Compensation Band:
- The wage range for this role is $80,000 - $130,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80% - 90% of this wage range.
