Position: Manager of Revenue Cycle Management
Department: Patient Accounting
Location: Cass City, MI
Hours: Full Time. Full Benefits
Hills and Dales Healthcare is seeking a full time Manager of Revenue Cycle within our Patient Accounting department. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patient.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assisting with leading Central Scheduling, Front Office Registration and Credit and Collections. Will contribute to the day-to-day operations on all issues related to the revenue cycle functions. This position will work with the Director of Revenue Cycle and CFO to identify trends, implement process improvements, and monitor key performance indicators.
