Job description
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other marketing team members to support all marketing efforts including, events, partnerships, in-store signage initiatives, photoshoot support, photo sourcing, and image tagging.
- Monthly store assessments to ensure in-store monthly sign kit signage is being updated and utilized
- Oversee image tagging and storing after each photoshoot and image sourcing for print and digital channels
- Attend events that require marketing personnel and coordinate with vendors
- Assist in the organizing promotional events/brand partnerships and attend/support as needed
- Engage on social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, You Tube, TikTok and other platforms
- Work with the Marketing Manager and media agency to create/optimize an ever-evolving promoted post plan
- Assist in the creation of social media visual content – continually enhancing imagery to be relevant, defining the social brand aesthetic/lifestyle
- Partner with marketing team to promote customer/audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation across digital channels
- Ad hoc projects/tasks as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- One to three years' experience working in marketing, social media or closely related role - food industry is a plus
- Passion for gourmet food, culinary arts and helping us share the Citarella difference.
- Understanding of office administration, marketing principles, social media strategies and platforms
- A critical thinker, take direction and absorb information quickly as well as multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to work in a team setting and help with the execution and production of projects
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to grasp upcoming trends and technologies
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite
- Hardworking and dedicated outlook
