Come grow with us! MasterPro Services is looking for driven individual to serve as full time members of our marketing team. As a growing leader in the disaster cleaning and restoration industry, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services in an assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. You will engage with the public- insurance companies - property managers in attempt to offer our services for homes or businesses. Other key responsibilities include identifying new prospects, building relationships and ensuring customer needs are met. Previous marketing skills and industry knowledge are preferred.

More Requirements:

MS office programs, strong communication skills and superior multi-tasker. Passion to build relationships during work days and some during after office hours. Thrive in a fast-paced and growing industry. Driven with genuine passion to succeed. Will be comfortable traveling most of the day starting and stopping at our office but seeing agents daily and meeting monthly goals.

As a valued employee, you will be a part of a stable, growing company offering exceptional customer service and providing help to customers direct not just the agencies. Keeping lines of communication open from job status to your insurance agents who referred. You will receive a base salary plus commission, with lots of opportunity to learn or move into a management role. Must be able to perform a background check, drug test and provide valid driver's license. Company can provide a car and cell phone with opportunity to earn bonuses monthly. Needs to dress professional appearance and well spoken. Ready to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
