ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collect data through company specific reports, systems and tools. Analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Develop, track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Special Operations department.
- Identify and summarize key data trends and issues by analyzing leading and lagging indicators.
- Provide management, timely and accurate information as it pertains to company performance, including service level, on-time performance, etc.
- Develop models to derive the relationship between business metrics and customer feedback, informing prioritization.
- Evaluate multiple customer feedback sources to identify key themes, emerging issues, and to quickly detect customer issues.
- Analyze data for special projects as requested.
- Research competition and market trends to better understand market demographics.
- Analyze and interpret sales trends, market strategies, and predictive analytics.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: A teammate in this position must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or Accounting is required.
- 2 or more years of sales analytics experience is preferred.
- Hands on advanced experience with Access, Excel, Word, and Power Point is required.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry preferred.
- Strong math skills and detail-oriented nature.
- Ability to think both analytically and creatively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear, concise and effective verbal and written communications.
- Project management experience is required.
