Charleston ENT & Allergy is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Billing Department. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls regarding patient accounts, billing and collections, working with patients to resolve issues, and initiating prompt payment of account balances. It also focuses on the resolution of insurance processing errors and denials. We are looking for someone detail-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Knowledge and understanding of patient billing, follow-up, claims submission, and payer specific requirements is preferred, but mostly looking for a good fit for our rapidly growing, dynamic work environment.
