Speech Therapy Plus LLC, founded in 2015, is a fast-growing prominent Speech and Occupational Therapy practice in New Jersey with two office locations!

We are looking for a talented person to hit the ground running as an office manager committed to our patients, mission, and values.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily office flow from open-to-close
• Data Entry (must be familiar with Web PT)
• Supervise front office staff
• Billing/insurance oversight
• Some scheduling, check-in, check out, etc.
• Managing cash flow, checks and credit card payments.
• Manage daily staffing to ensure optimal operation of the practice
• Monitor time off
• Problem-solving
• Inventory management of supplies
• Work collaboratively with therapists for scheduling
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Working closely with the owner for any other needs

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday 9-5

Experience:

• Management: 2+ years (Preferred in Medical Office setting)
• Fluent in EMR software, extensive knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding

Work Location: In person, Ramsey, NJ
