Teller/Member/Customer Service Representative

Do you want a professional job right in your own community? Do you want to work in a friendly, personal, low stress environment part-time from 8:45 to 2:30 approx. 30 hours per week, with no Saturdays? We are looking for 2 Teller/ Member/Customer Service representatives with experience in a financial institution to add to our credit union’s team at our Towson/Baltimore location. Duties include teller tasks, new accounts opening, call center, consumer loan interviewing and processing and other related branch operations and member services tasks. We will also consider candidates with no financial institution experience who have strong cash handling and customer service experience.

Requirements

Minimum of 12 months Teller/CSR experience in a financial institution preferred. Experience in branch operations, member services and/or consumer lending highly desirable or minimum 2 years customer service and cash handling in a retail environment. Microsoft systems and PC proficiency required.
